"He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 18:2-4
Faith is a simple, yet powerful matter. It is so simple and so free of dogmatic complexities that children are able to demonstrate it.
So, what makes us think that it is difficult to have faith? The flesh, yes the flesh, our impulses that demand immediate gratification. That need in us that wants quick results, fast food, fast healing... you get the point. How about following Peter's advice (1Peter 1:5-7)? Allow your faith to be accompanied with patience. FAITH & PATIENCE. Faith is to believe that which only the spirit can visualize. Patience is the peace within that the keeps us aligned during the process of reaching the vision.
Today we pray for the joy of faith in everyone of us in our WAV community. May your faith be free to visualize what God has for you in Israel. May the fruit of patience keep you focused and steadfast during the process to get there. Pray for one another. Pray for peace of Jerusalem.
Have a Blessed Week! Shalom!
